Note: Once again this is not a Summons message.. Ruben FaceTimed at 9:50 this evening to share an encounter he had earlier this evening with Gabriel, who is asking another in a series of questions. The question: Why is there no fear of God among His people?
“What is it to fear God?” Gabriel said. “What does it take for people to fear God? Right now there’s a lot of chaos going on.” Gabriel said, “My hope is this, that there won’t have to be another Sodom and Gomorrah. Does there have to be another of those for people to fear? Does something that terrible have to happen for people to wake up? I hope not! But because people are still set in their own ways, being lukewarm; ‘well it’s another day, what will we do today?’ Because they haven’t really been put to the test in fearing the Father. But it’s coming. It’s coming!”
Gabriel said, “Do we need to see something like in the days of Moses on the mountain? Because Moses said, ‘those who want to follow me, cross over.’ Because they were still discontent with God even after the miracles they had witnessed.”
Ruben then shared that there is a song that Gabriel reminded him of, ‘We Are Standing on Holy Ground.’ Because that time will come when the church will get to be standing on Holy ground. So, ponder this in your spirit because that is Gabriel’s question, “Why don’t people fear God? Just go about their normal day, tomorrow will be the same, and next day the same.”
NOTE: Consider this an addendum to the Bob Jones message earlier this week on Jesus and the Blood. Bob Jones asked the question, ‘do they believe what they read?’
