Hebrew word for mercy is Rahamim; mercy, pity, compassion.
“He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, and to love kindness and mercy, and to humble yourself and walk humbly with your God?” (Micah 6:8 AMPC).
(Ruben speaking yet another part of the messages on prayer and the Holy Spirit)
“There’s another thing I’m hearing. When we come together as a body, whether all in one place or by internet, phone, or other means, to all, all, ask for mercy. Mercy for our souls! We have to start from the root; our soul. Mercy. That we can come together more than ever once again purified, cleansed. And know how to call on His Name, Abba. The Name above all names. If we come in repentance we would know more than ever, understanding clearly, because of mercy. Our minds and spirits cleansed of all the things of the world. That we can come together in unity as one, one body, one soul, one mind.” “Mind of Yeshua,” says the Holy Spirit. “But it has to start with our soul and mercy.
“How many people would ever understand mercy? So we’re going through things that we don’t understand now. While the Father has our attention, let’s continue to be on our knees, but to ask for mercy, mercy! Like in the days of Moses they repented as one. We must still continue to cry out to the Father, mercy! Is this crisis what it took for us to kneel, to acknowledge and call out, Abba! Abba!
“This is the way of being tested, but yet being prepared for what’s next. So therefore, that His sheep won’t scatter to the east, the west, south and north without a Master, without a Shepherd, because the sheep have scattered different ways to please themselves; the Father intervenes because of mercy, mercy! So you can see within your heart, mind, spirit and soul, and understand mercy, mercy! Oh that we would be watching (prayerfully) in the atmosphere of the heavens! How many people will understand the word mercy and apply it? Mercy! Mercy! Mercy! Mercy!
“Speak the word mercy! Mercy Father! Mercy for the things we haven’t done! Mercy for the things we have done! Mercy for our children, for our church! Mercy for ourselves where we’re not walking in fellowship with our brother or sister. Mercy for not encouraging one another. Mercy for our lack of knowledge and still being in religion. Mercy for everything! That’s what I was hearing; everyone to confess and ask of the Father, mercy! And show mercy! Among ourselves, our families, our neighbors. Mercy! Because we lack understanding.
“I say, Lord forgive us, have mercy! Have mercy on spouses that are not in agreement with one another. That are more into material things and their families, but not You Holy Spirit, not You. May Holy Spirit move us all to ask You Father for mercy, that You will hear our voice. And whatever we’ve done on our own, thought on our own, decided to speak on our own, we ask for mercy, because the majority, You Father, were not in it. We ask for mercy—mercy for family, friends, neighbors, unbelievers—mercy, mercy for our souls because we never stood up for children, for right things! Mercy for churches for tolerating other religions and for not speaking truth. Mercy for offenses and wounds that we have caused, and that we have received. Mercy for our failures, for not loving unconditionally as You love us, mercy when we don’t see others the way You want us to see them. Mercy for the way we think, not like the Father thinks, and for excluding the Holy Spirit! It’s in Your Name, Father, Abba, that we acknowledge more than ever that without You we are nothing! Without the Holy Spirit we are nothing! Without Your Son we are nothing! Forgive us! Forgive us! We ask in Your precious Name, Yeshua. Amen. Amen.“
Ruben: So now you know what I do with my time, in my prayers. Seeking. That’s what I do. I (Judy) asked him, “Is it always going to take something like 9/11 and COVID19 to get people to pray, to seek the face of God?” His answer: Even worse. Even worse. That’s the only time people come together to pray is when they’re in trouble. If they’re not in trouble then they don’t need the Father. You see, the Father knows our hearts, but mercy. See, we’re crying out now just to get us out of our jam, get us out of hot water. But because He loves us so much He’s going to do that like He did when He sent His Son. His Son says the same thing. He says, “I was willing to sacrifice Myself for you so you could live.” But the Father will get us out of yet other jams, and then the Rapture. I asked if we will be ready for the Rapture. He said: This is what I was shown: there were two men praying to the Father. One said, ‘look what I’ve done, what I’ve accomplished; I’ve fed people, I’ve clothed people; I went here, I went there. I read the Word. I prayed.’ But the Father says, “but you never sought Me, My Spirit.” There’s a difference.
But I will say this because if we do not stop coming against this evil virus, then all we’re doing is acknowledging that evil and giving it ability to increase. ‘How can you say that when we’re praying against it?’ Well, you keep on mentioning it over and over.* Once should have been enough. Once and for all. You have to keep on going, keep on living because once you spoke it into the heavens it’s the Father’s now to take over. It’s in His hands. Why should you keep on repeating it and acknowledging this corrupted, evil dark, spirit of death? You can claim the Word, you can claim the Word in the Bible, but all you’re doing is acknowledging the evil. See, if we have the mind of Christ; if we start acknowledging that Yeshua only had to speak to a demon one time and it left!! So why shouldn’t we speak once? We’re not taught! We don’t understand!”
“The Holy Spirit of God has sealed you in Jesus Christ until you experience your full salvation. So never grieve the Spirit of God or take for granted his holy influence in your life. Lay aside bitter words, temper tantrums, revenge, profanity, and insults. But instead be kind and affectionate toward one another. Has God graciously forgiven you? Then graciously forgive one another in the depths of Christ’s love.”
(Ephesians 4:30-32 TPT).
